Quantum Circle Foundation, Inc. desires to broaden the concept of community to encompass the world community. The organization also desires to provide a means for citizens to have an opportunity to voice concerns, discuss solutions and in general have an opportunity to make a difference in their local community as well as the world community. A website will be developed to facilitate this. This website will be monitored by volunteers and/or support staff. The input received through this website would be considered by Quantum Circle Foundation, Inc. for further charitable activities related to education and community development.
